Understand when Codius accounts and organization keys are required.

The open-source Codius App and Codius CLI do not require a paid plan. A Codius account is required for Codius Coding Plans, organization billing, usage, and hosted-model API keys.
API keys belong to an organization, are shown once, and can be scoped for model discovery, inference, and usage reads. Keep them out of source control and client-side applications.
