Privacy Policy

We collect account and organization details, authentication and security records, subscription and payment metadata supplied by Paddle, API-key identifiers, service usage totals, model choice, token counts, timing, error codes, and cost/accounting records. Codius does not receive or store full card numbers.

Codius processes prompts, responses, tool calls, tool arguments, and reasoning transiently to provide the requested inference. Codius does not persist that content in application databases, logs, analytics, traces, or error-monitoring events. A model infrastructure provider processes requests to supply the service under its own contractual and security controls.

We use metadata to authenticate users, enforce quotas, deliver and bill the service, prevent abuse, reconcile provider cost, support customers, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use inference content to train Codius models.

Security IP and device HMACs are scrubbed after 30 days. Detailed operational identifiers are scrubbed or deleted after 90 days. Resolved operational alerts are retained for up to one year, provider balance snapshots for two years, and accounting, usage, wallet, subscription, and processed Paddle-event records for up to seven years where required. Aggregated business records and append-only administrator audit records may be retained longer when required for security, legal, or accounting purposes.

We use infrastructure, model-inference, authentication, email, monitoring, and payment providers, including Paddle for billing. Those providers receive only the data needed for their role. Data may be processed outside your province, state, or country with contractual and technical safeguards.

You can update account details, manage organization membership, revoke API keys, cancel a subscription, and request account deletion from the dashboard. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction. We may retain records required for security, disputes, tax, and accounting.
