Terms of Service

Codius provides access to third-party language models through an OpenAI-compatible API and supported coding tools. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account and billing information.

Codius v1 is offered for software development, code analysis, documentation, testing, debugging, and closely related technical work. You may not use it for unlawful activity, malware, credential theft, surveillance, harassment, sexual exploitation, safety-critical autonomous decisions, evading safeguards, or activity that violates another person’s rights.

You are responsible for your users, API keys, and activity. Do not share credentials outside your organization, resell or sublicense Codius access, pool subscriptions between unrelated parties, probe infrastructure, bypass quotas, or automate abusive traffic. Revoke a compromised key immediately and notify support.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Included usage resets at each applicable window and never rolls over. Plan limits, concurrency, and model multipliers apply. Extra usage requires an active paid subscription and sufficient wallet balance; wallet credits have no cash value, do not expire merely because a month ends, and cannot be spent while the subscription is inactive. Annual and monthly prices, plus applicable taxes, are shown before purchase.

You can manage payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and eligible plan changes through the billing portal. Downgrades ordinarily take effect at renewal. Refunds are not automatic except where required by law or expressly approved; promotional credits are non-refundable. Chargebacks, fraud, or payment failure may suspend service while records are reconciled.

Models may change, degrade, or become unavailable. Generated output can be inaccurate, insecure, incomplete, or non-unique. You must review and test code before use, respect licenses and third-party rights, and remain responsible for decisions and deployed software. Codius does not claim ownership of your input or output.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, providers, or the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codius is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, and aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the prior three months.
